During a meeting on the morning of July 25 with a delegation led by Solomon Islands Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare and his wife, President Tsai Ing-wen briefed her visitors on the state of bilateral ties between Taiwan and the Solomon Islands, and expressed hope that the two countries can continue to enhance their relationship and maintain a lasting alliance.

President Tsai Ing-wen returned to Taiwan on the afternoon of July 2, concluding her diplomatic mission to Panama and Paraguay. Upon arriving at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, the president issued a public statement, explaining the achievements and benefits of the trip, and emphasizing that the government will continue its efforts to bring Taiwan closer to the world.

At 9:00 a.m. local time on June 28 (9:00 p.m., June 28, Taipei time), President Tsai Ing-wen arrived at Paraguay's Lopez Presidential Palace to meet with Paraguayan President Horacio Cartes. President Tsai was greeted upon arrival by Commander of the Paraguayan Armed Forces Luis Gonzaga Garcete Espinola and Paraguay's Director General of Protocol Genaro Pappalardo, who accompanied her as she was welcomed with military honors. President Cartes welcomed President Tsai at the entrance to the Lopez Presidential Palace, where they shook hands before proceeding to President Cartes' office for their meeting.

After finishing her visit to the Presidential Palace of Paraguay at 11:30 a.m. local time on June 28 (11:30 p.m. June 28 Taipei time), President Tsai Ing-wen proceeded to the National Congress of Paraguay to deliver an address before a joint session of the Paraguayan Senate and Chamber of Deputies.

President Tsai Ing-wen's overseas diplomatic mission, codenamed the "Ing-Hsiang Project" ("Hsiang" means to take flight in Mandarin Chinese), continued its second day in Panama on June 26 (local time) with a morning visit to Evergreen Group's Colon Container Terminal, S.A. (CCT). The president learned more about the developmental achievements of Taiwanese industries in Panama, and praised Evergreen Group's CCT as an extension of the power of the Taiwanese people and a source of their pride.
