Vice President Lu Is Appointed Envoy for Inauguration of the Paraguay President-elect

Taipei, July 25 (CNA) President Chen Shui-bian issued a presidential decree Friday appointing Vice President Annette Lu as his envoy to attend the inauguration of Paraguayan President-elect Nicanor Duarte slated to take place in mid-August in Asuncion.
