Taoyuan, Nov. 22 (CNA) President Chen Shui-bian Saturday presented the Presidential Culture Award to five winners for their outstanding contribution to the promotion of social service and justice in Taiwan.
The five winners of the award are the Taiwan Children and Family Support Foundation, Hsinkang Cultural and Educational Foundation, Buddhist Master Shengyen, Chen Yu-feng, and Chung Chao-cheng.
