Vice President Lu Attends the International Orchid Exposition
Taipei, March 5 (CNA) Vice President Annette Lu presided Friday over the opening of the 8th Asia Pacific Orchid Conference (APOC) at Jenteh township in southern Tainan County.
Describing the orchid as a symbol of Taiwan's technology and natural beauty, Lu encouraged local growers to continue cultivating fine-quality orchids with their high-end expertise to help locally cultivated flowers become a top seller in the international market.
