Taipei, May 8 (CNA) President Chen Shui-bian said in Tungkang, Pingtung County, southern Taiwan Saturday that he is the best ad-man for the county's Black Tuna Festival because he has the most famous "tuna belly" in Taiwan.
Noting that he has never been absent from the festival since it began four years ago, the president said the festival has boosted Pingtung's tourism and has injected new blood into the local economy.
He urged his countrymen to follow the example of the tuna, which swim in the ocean all day long, to fight for a brighter prospect for the country.
