The Vice President told her hosts that the ruling party has set democracy, progress, uprightness, responsibility, anti-corruption, and anti-privilege top goals of the government. These are also the goals that each of the taxi drivers has worked tirelessly toward, she noted. She said Taiwan has well-established laws, and whoever violates them will not get away with it.
