President Chen Shui-bian attended a "Warm and Joyful Christmas Party for Children" which took place in the courtyard of the Office of the President today. In addition to welcoming the young guests, the President also wished the children good health, happiness, good grades, and merry Christmas.
After the President making the wish that Santa Claus would come to visit them, two Santa Clauses came sliding down from the 3rd Floor. They won a loud scream from the children.
President Chen visited every booth in the party and wrote "Peace and Joy" in a piece of Sun Cake of Love. The President also drew a Christmas tree on a gingerbread and made chocolate fruit chain for the children. The mood of party is warm and cheerful.
