The three tasks, the vice president added, coincide with three major realms of social life: law, ethics, and politics.
Therefore, to respond to the urgent governing needs, she proposed her version of the "blue ocean strategy," which, according to her, are based on six principles: (1) to re-delineate the market boundaries; (2) to focus on the globality instead of the face-value of the numerical data; (3) to move beyond the current needs; (4) to rationalize the sequence of strategies: (5) to overcome organizational hindrances; and (6) to include execution into strategies.
"The people's well-being dwells in the reconciliation between all the political parties and between both sides of the Taiwan Straits," the vice president emphasized at last.
