Vice President Lu Announces Blue Sky, Green Land, Perfect Taiwan Activities
Vice President Annette Lu announced on July 10 that around the idea of "Blue Sky, Green Land, Perfect Taiwan," six seminars will be held on the issues of "national security, social stability, and people's safety."
The three issues, she said, will cover six areas: (1) anti-corruption, (2) public security, (3) moral and value restructuring, (4) life education and educational reform, (5) political harmony and democracy, and (6) national identification and cross-strait peace.
Meanwhile, she welcomed more groups to participate in the "Blue Sky, Green Land, Perfect Taiwan" campaign.
The vice president made the announcement when concluding a meeting in promotion of "Blue Sky, Green Land, Perfect Taiwan." "Although we are from different political parties, we shall never be too far away from each other when it comes to the interests of the people," she said to the opposition parties.
