Taipei, April 21 (CNA) President Chen Shui-bian and Vice President Annette Lu cabled their congratulations Monday to Candie Kung a 22-year-old native of Taiwan who won her first LPGA title last weekend at the Takefuji Classic in Las Vegas.
In their congratulatory message, Chen and Lu praised Kung for her outstanding performance in the tournament and encouraged her to continue to seek success in her career.
