When visiting the Agape House Christian Counseling Center in Hualien on September 10, President Chen Shui-bian said he was willing to make efforts within the bounds of his administration to help solve the center's registration problem.
President Chen appreciated the working staff's devotion to help the previous addicts return to society, and encouraged the previous drug users to persevere in the quitting program.
" Every mortal makes mistakes," said President Chen. "And what we must learn in front of God is being humble and honest."
