President and Mrs. Chen and Vice President Lu Issue E-Cards to Wish People Happy New Year
Taipei,Dec. 24 (CNA) President Chen Shui-bian issued an e-card to wish a happy new year to everyone through his Web site.
The card was also signed by his wife Wu Shu-chen.
Vice President Annette Lu also post a similar new year card on the website.
