Taipei, Nov. 2 (CNA) President Chen Shui-bian ordered the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Saturday to sent condolences to the Italian people in a message to Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi over the death of 26 Italian children during an earthquake on Thursday. The president wanted the foreign ministry to convey its deep sympathy of his country and his people to the Italian people after an earthquake hit the village of San Giuliano di Puglia in southeastern Italy.
