President Tsai and Paraguayan President Abdo enjoy National Day Celebration projection mapping show

Following the state banquet on the evening of October 8, President Tsai Ing-wen invited Paraguayan President Mario Abdo Benítez and his wife to the plaza in front of the Presidential Office Building to see the "Projection Mapping Show at the Presidential Office Building Celebrating the 107th National Day of the Republic of China (Taiwan)." Under a profusion of flashing lights, they all enjoyed the festive atmosphere on the eve of Taiwan's National Day celebrations.

Since President Abdo was specially invited to attend Taiwan's 107th National Day celebrations, he and his delegation were provided with a special Spanish audio guide for the projection mapping show, reflecting their importance to Taiwan. We hope that Taiwan's rich diversity, depicted in the projection mapping show, helped the Paraguayan delegation appreciate Taiwan's unique culture and arts which penetrated their inner hearts.0

Also in attendance at this feast for the eyes were: Judicial Yuan President Hsu Tzong-li (許宗力) and Mrs. Hsu; Control Yuan President Chang Po-ya (張博雅); National Security Council Secretary-General David T. Lee (李大維) and Mrs. Lee; Foreign Minister Joseph Wu (吳釗燮) and Mrs. Wu; National Defense Minister Yen Teh-fa (嚴德發) and Mrs. Yen; Education Minister Jiunn-rong Yeh (葉俊榮); Vice Chairperson Antonio Chiang (江春男) and Secretary-General Lin Chin-chang (林錦昌) of the General Association of Chinese Culture; and ROC Ambassador to Paraguay Diego L. Chou (周麟) and Mrs. Chou.
