President Tsai offers condolences to victims of terror attack in Christchurch, New Zealand
According to Presidential Office Spokesperson Alex Huang (黃重諺), President Tsai Ing-wen is closely following developments in the terrorist attack that occurred in Christchurch, New Zealand on March 15. On behalf of the people of Taiwan, President Tsai asked Foreign Minister Joseph Wu (吳釗燮) to contact Director Moira Turley of the New Zealand Commerce and Industry Office in Taipei to convey sympathy and condolences for the victims and their families. She also expressed her concern for the people of New Zealand. Taiwan will stand together with New Zealand to oppose terrorist violence.
