How to book a visit on Monday to Friday

1. Visiting hours on partial open house dates: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. (Visitors should enter the building before 11:30 a.m.) Group tour of 15 visitors or more should make reservations 72 hours beforehand (not incl. day of reservation or any non-work days), either by faxing in the Presidential Office Building Weekday Visit Reservation Form and a visitors' roster, or by submitting the reservation form and visitors' roster via this Office's website. The maximum number of visitors for each day is set at 600 (200 visitors per hour.); if 600 visits have already been reserved, this Office will not accept any further reservations for that day.

   
   

2. Please dress appropriately. Visitors may carry cameras and mobile phones, but photos are only allowed in the designated photo area. Food, pets, placards, pennants, and dangerous objects will not be allowed into the building. Smoking, betel nuts, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited.

   
   

3. When group visitors arrive by tour bus, the bus should park at the designated site after passengers get off. Passengers should wait in line outside Gate No. 3 (at the intersection of Boai Road and Baoqing Road).

   
   

4. When entering the building, visitors are required to show a photo ID (e.g. a national ID card or passport). Maintain an orderly line while entering through the gate, and be prepared to undergo a security check.
